You shall not register, sell or use domain names that infringe the rights of MusicBird or third parties.
You shall not “frame“ our sites on your website without our prior permission or alter the presentation of our sites in any other way.

We reserve the right to take legal action for violations of the above provisions.

4. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted, in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, to the exclusion of any choice of law principles and to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permissible, the courts of Wollerau, Switzerland, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in regard of any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including, without limitation, disputes on their proper conclusion, validity, binding effect, amendment and termination).
